UAE Shipping and Delivery:
We offer delivery to all regions of the United Arab Emirates. To most of the main cities like Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Um Al Quwain. We will deliver within 2-3 working days.

International Shipping and Delivery (OMAN & KSA)
International Shipping Policy
Thank you for considering our international shipping services. Below are the essential details regarding shipping to Saudi Arabia and Oman:
Shipping Fee Structure:
 

• AED 54 for orders below 1000 AED
• AED 95 for order above 1000 AED

 
Duties & Taxes:
 

• Duties and taxes are not included in the order total and are additional charges applied by customs authorities.
• These charges are levied by the destination country and vary based on the imported products and local regulations.
• Delivery Information:
• Deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout.
• Please ensure accuracy in the shipping details to avoid delivery issues.
• Customs Duties and Taxes:
• Most countries impose duties on imported items upon port entry.
• Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the shipping agency upon delivery.
• Refusal of Duties/Taxes Payment:
• If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties and taxes resulting in non-delivery, no refunds will be issued.

• Origin of Orders:
• All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse located in Dubai, UAE.

AED 25 shipping fee will be charged for orders below AED 500.

For orders over AED 500 are shipped for free.

KSA & OMAN Shipping & Delivery:

Prices: AED 54 shipping fee will be charged for orders below 1000 AED AED 95 shipping fee will be charged for orders above 1000 AED

T&C : The customer has to pay destination duty, customs, and VAT charges.


Cancellation:
If you want to cancel your order, please contact the customer service. However, items that have already been processed for shipping will be dealt with as a return. Please check “Return” policy below for more information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & REPLACEMENT
Item should be in a UNUSED condition
It MUST be returned in the original box
Please contact our Customer Service before returning an item so a return authorization can be created.


Warranty Policy:
Warranty period: warrants all the equipment for its parts (except ) and services for the duration of one year, commencing from the date of invoicing.  
Water damages are not covered under warranty
Damages:  The damages covered under the warranty are manufacturer defects, regardless of the good installation and usage of the product in accordance with the manual. Any other damages including water damage or misuse will be charged and will be dealt with in maintenance department as mentioned in the manual.
Contact:  If you need any maintenance service during the warranty period, please contact us at care@brewinggadgets.com. We would be more than happy to help you.
Exception:  Warranty will not be valid if the equipment had been serviced by the vendor other than brewing gadgets or an unauthorized service centre.
Maintenance:  If a manufacturer defect appears during the warranty period, all the maintenance and services, which includes returning the machine to the client, will be free of charge.
User responsibility: The warranty is valid only if there is a serial number for the product, hence please make sure that the serial number on the equipment is not tampered with in any manner and that it is readable.
The warranty doesn’t cover outside and only valid for the brewing gadgets invoice holder
